I have bumps in my bikini area. they arent red. but they resemble razor burn. what should i look for to know if its razor burn or something worse?

Keep clean: If you weren't sick and there are no open sores and this is first time probably razor burn. Keep clean with soap and water and after you shave clean very good with soap and water. Tiny nicks get into skin, allowing bacteria to enter the follicle right where your underwear is, use a clean razor, use a little alcohol over the area after, good luck.
