Lots: A hemorrhoid is an enlarged blood vessel in the rectum. There are 2 sets one internally and one externally. The external ones are usually painful and palpable when swollen. Perianal warts are skin lesions caused by a sexually transmitted virus. They can be painful and itch. And each is treated differently so see your physician.
