Hpv and pregnancy?

Just monitor: Hpv positive should not change the course of pregnancy or delivery. Genital warts may increase during pregnancy, and can be treated. Abnormal pap smears related to hpv can be monitored during the pregnancy. Cervical cancer related to hpv is the exception that would impact the pregnancy.

HPV pregnancy: The reason is not fully understood but occasionally we will see genital warts in pregnancy grow more quickly. Of there are no warts or cervical cancer present than a vaginal delivery i preferred.
