Read below: This is most probably caused by plantar fasciitis, which is a minor tear of the ligament that attaches to the heel bone. Other options may be tarsal tunnel syndrome, where there is a sharp nerve pain that extends into the foot from the ankle. Either way, see your podiatrist to eliminate the pain. Good luck.

Foot pain: Can be caused by so, so many things. We'd be doing you an injustice to try and guess what's causing your foot pain without knowing anything beyond that you have foot pain. Bring your foot to a podiatrist or orthopedist, get diagnosed, and get better!
