Hard to say: Without more information. Was there an injury? How long have you been in pain? Swelling? Redness? Your overall state of health? It's impossible to give you a diagnosis over the internet. Go see a podiatrist or orthopedist. Good luck and feel better!

Read below: This is most probably caused by plantar fasciitis, which is a minor tear of the ligament that attaches to the heel bone. Other options may be tarsal tunnel syndrome, where there is a sharp nerve pain that extends into the foot from the ankle. Either way, see your podiatrist to eliminate the pain. Good luck.

Foot pain: Can be caused by so, so many things. We'd be doing you an injustice to try and guess what's causing your foot pain without knowing anything beyond that you have foot pain. Bring your foot to a podiatrist or orthopedist, get diagnosed, and get better!
