Anoulation: It sounds like you may have skipped ovulation. This can ironically lead to an increase in estrogen; the next period may be heavier when it comes so start using 1-2 aleve (naproxen) per day over the next week. This is likely it but may wanna consider an exam in that you could have more than one thing(ie uti).
