Unlikely pregnancy: The pregnancy would just be starting to produce hormones. Try zantac, (ranitidine) might be reflux, check a upt, and remember, i could be wrong; unisom ( otc ) meds can help, and anxiety sx's can cause nausea; if coupled with insomnia, Mirtazapine helps insomnia, nausea and anxiety.
