Maybe PID: Vaginitis, bacterial or fungal (candida/yeast), can be irritating/uncomfortable but generally should not be causing lower abd/pelvic pain and/or bleeding. Unfortunately stds are still very common and can be causing possible pelvic inflammatory disease, in your case. This may have devastating consequences (infertility). I suggest consulting your doc for thorough eval/treatment. Good luck.
