You may be: You need to do a pregnancy test to make sure. If you bleed in early pregnancy there is a possibility of a threatened miscarriage but also you must be ruled out as having a tubal pregnancy. If pregnancy test positive, see a doctor for a sonogram and a blood test for pregnancy hormone. They will give you the answer.
