Is it true that when you crack your knuckles its just air bubbles or will i get arthritis in the future?

1) Probably 2) No: Cracking your knuckles is poorly understood, but may be from forcing air or gas bubbles from one pocket of your joint to another. Other possibilities include snapping of ligaments or tendons. Regardless of the cause, if it is not painful it is not harmful over time or causative of arthritis as far as we know.

You can get it: Some research found you could injure the joints cartilage by those bubble implosions enough to cause arthritis.
