You are OK: Since you have been on the drug for awhile you should be ok. The drug is being cleared from your system by dialysis. Not peeing won't make much of a difference. Drug od's occur with a rapid increase in dosage. No worry.

Oxycodone: Dose needs to be limited with people having chronic kidney disease or on dialysis. This is the dose for higher GFR values and would suggest lowering 50% to avoid accumulation and side effects.
