Probably: Growing a fetus and breast feeding an existing baby takes a lot of energy and fluids from your body. Your intake needs to increase and your sleep needs to be adequate. It may be difficult. You may want to talk with your babies doctor about it more.

You can, but: Mild uterine contractions caused by breastfeeding may not impact a healthy pregnancy but certainly may if you have a history of premature birth, are experiencing pain, or you have any bleeding.Ask your ob. I don't know your baby's age, but a typically-developing 12-month old can wean to a cup, & only needs 16-21 oz. Of milk & milk products/ day. If you wait till 15 mos., it'll be harder to wean.
