Blood pregnancy test: Blood pregnancy test for HCG hormone is typically performed 15 days after oocyte retrieval or 11 days after day 3 embryo transfer. Many times there are no symptoms that indicate that there is a pregnancy. Your fertility doctor may have a specific preference for when to exactly check your pregnancy status. Good luck.
