Did you check a test: You had your period one week ago so the chance of being pregnant is very very low. Anytime you are concerned though you can simply check an over the counter pregnancy test and you will have your answer in minutes. One irregular cycle from time to time is very common. If you do not want to be pregnanct see your doctor for birth control.
