As above?: I am not aware if their any exact measurement for the above , but if u husband feels something is wrong have jim see his pcp for evaluation.

Some variability: Average/normal testicular size for alduts is about 2 inches in length & about 0.9 - 1.2 inches in width and breadth. 2.99" & 3.4", assuming your husband's testicular measurements are in inches would be very large, or small if measurements in centimeters. Should consult a urologist if testes enlarged after puberty, in case he has a testicular malignancy. Benign enlargement ?Due to hydrocele fluid.
