A member asked:

Are there any anti viral medications which are effective against established cases of squamous papilloma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hpv: There are meds that affect the manifestations of the virus (ie, the papillomas) but it takes the patient's body to get rid of the virus. Imiquimod is an immune modulator that is very effective. Both tri- and bi-choroacetic acid can destroy visible lesions also but have no affect on the virus.
