Depends: Depends on how openly the two of you communicate. If you can talk to him openly about sexuality, then it shouldn't be hard. If he is a tough guy with a wall around him then it may take some time. May be you can ask him what he likes sexually and then get him to listen to what you have to say.

Tell him: Talk to him, show him, don't expect him to figuire it out on his own. If he cares for you, he should be receptive, unless he has some other problems of his own. If so seek counseling together.
