Stuffy at work: Nasal congestion is due to engorged blood vessels in the nasal lining; it often occurs due to exposure to allergens, irritants, or cold temperatures. Look for these & eliminate your exposure if possible. If symptoms persist, saline nasal sprays can help or see your doctor for prescription medicines. Try to avoid using decongestants like pseudo Ephedrine long term as it can cause side effects.
