What is the definition or description of: smegma?

Secretions: Secretions from glans penis or glans clitoris.

Penile dandruff: Whitish material that collects under the foreskin in males & between labia & under clitoral hood in females. Primarily compresses dead, sloughed skin skin cells plus possible moisture from sweat, urine or gland secretion. Form into variable size pearl like collections in uncircumcised boys, which work their way out from under foreskin & part of physiologic mechanism of lysis of foreskin adhesions.
