No!: Three days of heavy bleeding is 100% not 'implantation' and you should see a doctor if it continues. Implantation bleeding is a popular topic nowadays on the internet; personally, i don't believe it at all. It is unpredictable and not common ; you should always consider any possible other reason before implantation bleeding.
