Poor Immune Response: Usually an individual's immune system , for some reason, just does not respond to the medicine/vaccine.It is not known why.Rarely the vaccine may be impotent due to poor strage, not administered properly or a bad batch from the factory.

Many causes: Vaccines are usually about 80-90% effective. Not everyone's immune system responds the same. There is a great deal of literature coming out that the use of medicine such as Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen decrease the immune response and make the vaccine less effective. Sometimes, the body just fails to respond to the vaccine. The are alcertain diseases in which the immune system does not respond.
