Couple things: It could be an ectopic pregnancy, so see your doctor very soon. However, it could just be stretching pain, bowel pain or lastly bleeding into your corpus luteum (the cyst that supports pregnancy) or leakage of that cyst. However, have your OB rule out ectopic (tubal pregnancy)first. Give him or her a call as soon as you can.
