Please Don't "Flush": The only home remedy that i know of is a "gallbladder flush": ingesting substances to cause significant contraction of the gb with the hope that the stones could be flushed into the intestines. Unfortunately, this is actually dangerous since the stones can get stuck in the bile duct & block the liver. Furthermore, even if successful, new ones will form. The best rx remains surgery.
