Possibly: Vitamin d effects most, if not all the organs in the body including the brain. The problems with deficiency are not always the same in everyone. Regardless, if you are deficient, you would benefit from supplements to raise your blood level to at least 40-60 ng/dl according to the latest endocrine society guidelines.

Vit. D Deficiency: Deficiency can result in bone pain, weakness, muscle cramps, any of which can interfere with sleep.
