Get a heart monitor.: Watch what you are eating and drinking and see if there is a pattern. If you eat certain foods or drinks you notice symptoms try to, avoid triggers and see if symptoms improve. Consider getting a heart monitor which will help to see what exactly is happening withyour heart when these symptoms are occuring, so arrhythmias can be ruled out. Try to avoid taking decongestants also.
