Yes: Levaquin, (levofloxacin) and antibiotics like it called quinalones, may effect bone formation and for this reason are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. There are antibiotics that are safe to use.

Category C/ concerns: Study of this class of abx has shown problems in animal studies, but lot in existing data from human exposure. This places it in a cat c group. During lactation, the status is not clear.
