Not exactly: Some causes of amenorrhea (loss of menstrual periods) can include severe weight loss and illness, so i suppose it is distantly possible. That being said, the nature of the common cold is that it should not make one sick enough for long enough to produce amenorrhea. Some women have rather irregular cycles which are exquisitely sensitive to physical or emotional stress and in that case possibly.

Not really : Colds are not known to cause amenorrhea. However, stress from any source may disrupt your cycles.
