Yes: Yes, xopenex (levalbuterol) is safe to use in pregnancy and while breast feeding. There are no studies published that i know of using xopenex (levalbuterol) in this population, however, there is data with the company of no adverse outcomes with xopenex (levalbuterol) in this population.
