See below: The most common side effects (occurring in >2% of users) of Cialis (tadalafil) are in order of “reported” incidence: headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, flushing, and pain in limbs. Cialis should never be used if taking “nitrate” medications and used with caution if taking blood pressure meds or alpha-blockers because of increased risk of adverse lowering the blood pressure.
