There are 2 ways, firstly, in-vitro fertilization (ivf) in which your eggs are harvested, then are fertilized in a dish and then implanted into your uterus after developing into embryos. Secondly, but with lower success rate, fallopian tubes can be reconnected. Both methods are very expensive, rarely covered by insurance & success rate well below 100%. Good luck.
