Should be safe: I assume you mean pyrigesic or Acetaminophen (tylenol). This is a non-narcotic pain killer, and it should have no difficulty being combined with the muscle relaxant cyclobenzaprine (flexeril). Just stay under 4000mg, and ideally 3000mg, of pyrigesic per day for the health of your liver.
