" natural bacteria": Your question is not really clear. there are " normal gut flora" that live in your body from your mouth through the intestinal tract to you anus. They can get imbalance when , for example, you take antibiotics. that is why probiotics, if high quality, help you maintain the normal gut flora. If that gets imbalanced, it can effect your digestion, your immune system and your metabolism
