Could be the meds: Some medications for psychiatric disorders can have side effects that include dry eye and impairment of focus. Both of these can be causing your symptoms, but of course you'd need to see a specialist to find out exactly what's going on.

Do not know : which medication you are being treated with. Some can have significant potential side effects. Please promptly let the prescribing physician or nurse know about your possible side effects. Also, ask to be taught about the medications to include what symptoms they treat and potential side effects. Take care.
