You can't: You cannot change another person unless they wish to be changed. Men are usually very responsive to physical stimulation. I suspect he is not likely to turn you down if you make your wishes known physically without saying a word.

Strange?: May be he is concerned about being accused of having sex with u without consent , or he may feels aroused when u say that and feels wanted . Talk about this issue and if it is bothering u try to talk to a sex therapist
