For optimum liver health, avoid alcohol and any medicines which are known to be toxic to the liver, such as acetaminophen. Otherwise, no specific cleanses are necessary, and some can be harmful. Getting fleeced : There no recognized treatments called "liver cleanse ". The only benefit would be a lighter wallet. Avoid alcohol, saturated fats, and street drugs.
