Possibly: There may be a slightly increased risk of a less aggressive type of ovarian tumor in women who have taken Clomid (clomiphene) for over one year for infertility especially of they did not have a child. However this is difficult to prove because never having a child is a risk factor for ovarian cancer itself. Long term use of make hormones or estrogen alone without Progesterone may also slightly increase risk.
