Right Away !: What would the reason to wait be? No such reason. If you are having chest pain you should always and promptly see your doctor. It does not mean its always cardiac in origin, but regardless you need to diagnose the reason for the pain and treat it. The worst is ignoring it and potentially delaying life saving treatment.
