Certainly logical.: Dehydration dries out and thickens our body fluids. Also, it can make the urine much more concentrated and acidic. Should you still have some chlamydial irritation from re-exposure or from inadequate or inappropriate treatment this could easily intensify your discomfort. If you purposely rehydrate yourself very well by drinking much more water than usual, does this help your symptoms? Call doctor.
