Yes!: Nicotine in tobacco causes vasoconstriction which decreases blood flow everywhere including your penis. Quitting smoking will allow your penile blood vessels to open up & accept more blood once more such that erectile function should return. That assumes nothing else is going on like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, depression, etc. Regardless, today's a great day to quit smoking.
