Small: There is a very small possibility that sperm is alive from pre-ejaculation after urination. The urine ph is very acidic and will not support the viability of sperm.

Potentially: Pre-ejaculate may contain large amounts of viable sperm (less common), smaller amounts of sperm that are dead or alive or no sperm. Thus, there is potential for pregnancy with pre-ejaculate. There still may presence of some sperm after urination
