Get evaluated.: Even intermittent pain should be evaluated immediately to assess the need for a scrotal ultrasound. If torsion exists, surgical correction may be necessary. Other causes of pain, such as hernia, hydrocele, spermatocele, varicocele, epididymitis, orchitis or mumps are possible, but do not to delay the workup.

Testicular Pain: Hi, if you think you have torsion you must go to the er immediately. The testicle will be very painful, delaying could result in damage or loss of the teste. I cannot speculate on line, so the safest path to take is seek medical treatment now. Good luck!
