Yes: Not exactly herbal, but certainly very natural and often overlooked is saline rinse/irrigation of the nasal passages. You can make your own, or use one of the over-the-counter products such as the neilmed sinus rinse or the ayr sinus rinse.

Yes: In addition to sinus rinses, also consider quercetin. Quercetin has some powerful anti-inflammatory/allergy properties. It is generally safe in doses of up to 1, 000mg. If you are congested all the time, you may have a food reaction. Dairy is the most common cause. Gluten is another common irritating food. Cleaning up your diet can make a huge difference. Consider sinus survival by ivker.

Agree that cow;s milk allergy is a common problem. Stop all milk products and see how you do. Also add xylitol 5% to nasal rinses and mouth rinses to decrease infections and with teeth decrease plaque.

Essential oils: Peppermint oil and or eucalyptus oil. Peppermint has some antiinflammatory properties and can soothe the nasal pasages. Eucalyptus has decongestant properties. You can add a couple of drops of any of these to your vaporizer and it will help your symptoms.
