If my spleen ruptures how long will i live?

Depends: If you have a ruptured spleen and get to hospital on time to be treated you will have a normal life; however, if splenectomy is performed, you will need to be vaccinated against encapsulated bacteria because you will be very susceptible to develop infections from such bacteria once you have no spleen.

Depends: It depends on how bad the rupture is, how soon you get to the doctor, etc.
