Upper Abdominal Pain: Classically, pancreatitis pain localized to the upper-abdominal region and can extend through to the back. The pain is often made worse by eating and can last several days till the acute inflammation resolves. Symptoms can also include nausea, vomiting, fever, and increased heart rate.
