Variable: Nausea and vomiting in od situations is common. Most of the danger with tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetamenophen) comes from potential liver toxicity which can be fatal. Symptoms could include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, cramping, yellow discoloration to eyes/skin and more. It should be suspected in all od's due to the ubiquitous presence of the drug, and one should seek immediate medical attention.

A range.: Signs of overdose differ depending on how long it’s been and how much was taken. Within 24 hours, there may be nausea and vomiting or abdominal pain. Within 2 to 3 days, you may see signs of liver failure like a yellowing of the skin and eyes called jaundice. Severe toxicity may lead to permanent liver damage, coma, or death. If an overdose occurred, call 911. If you’re unsure, call 800.222.1222.
