Is it safe to do ballet while pregnant?

Yes: It is safe to continue your normal activities in pregnancy. In the second and third trimesters a couple of body changes may make it difficult to continue doing everything. First, your center of gravity changes so much. Second, your joints loosen up due to a pregnancy hormone. These changes may make it hard but adjustments can be made.
