Many or none: Many symptoms. The most common are chest pain, shortness of breath, jaw pain, arm pain, sweating, fatigue, abdominal pain, leg pain, dizziness and also back pain. Sometimes heart disease is a stealth disease and there are no symptoms.

Many: Common symptoms include chest pain/ tightness, chest pressure, shortness of breath, worse shortness of breath with exertion, jaw and left arm pain. Sometimes, however, people can be asymptomatic (without any symptoms) like women, diabetics and the elderly.
