Constriction: It is the constriction of the coronary arteries due to smoking, drugs - especially Cocaine - cold, high levels of stress or congenital disposition or atherosclerosis associated with anomaly of handling the calcium in the smooth muscle of the vasculature.

Severe pain in chest: Severe chest pain. Middle of the chest or pain that radiates to arm, jaw or neck very similar to angina. Only difference here is that it can just come on at rest and is not relieved by rest.
