What should i expect during week 24 of my pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diabetes screen: Besides your routine OB visit, many obstetricians schedule your gestational diabetes test between 24 and 28 weeks. This involves drinking a standard amount of glucose (typically an orange drink) and having your blood drawn 1 hour later. This test is only a screen -- a true test involves a fasting blood sugar and 3 hourly blood draws. This is done only if your screen is too high.
