What is the difference between persantine and dobutamine?

Drugs for Heart Test: Chemical stress tests are used to diagnose heart artery blockage in people who cannot treadmill exercise. Persantine is injected IV and dilates normal blood vessels more than abnormal ones causing an ischemic defect on a nuclear image. Dobutamine is injected IV and increases the heart rate and contractility with muscle fed by a blocked artery not responding as well as normal muscle.
