Depo : Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) only lasts 3 months, so the contraceptive effect is gone. If your periods are not regular yet, your body may need more time to adjust or something else is going on. You may still be ovulating and able to get pregnant before you start having regular periods. Check a pregnancy test just to be sure.
